Mersereau, Lazenby & Rockas, LLC (“MLR”) is a full service public accounting firm located in Suwanee, Georgia. We provide audit, review, accounting and financial statement preparation, and business consulting services to numerous small businesses and not-for-profit organizations throughout metro Atlanta. We have a large individual and business tax preparation, planning, and consulting practice and also provide fee-only financial planning and investment management to individuals.
Since our founding in 1986, MLR has grown from a one-person operation to a firm of 15 professional and administrative staff, including four licensed CPAs. We are large enough to meet your needs, yet small enough to deliver the responsive service you expect. This personalized service is one reason why our firm has grown significantly through client referrals.
We approach client engagements with the goal of developing a long-term mutually beneficial relationship based on confidence and trust. We work towards that goal by combining technical skill with professional and personal service. Our partners and managers take a hands-on approach to our audits and other services.
